A summer Edible Tulsa featuring the classics like corn, okra and tomatoes just wouldn’t be complete with out mentioning peaches, especially peach ice cream and sorbet.

We’ve gone completely rogue including both local and exotic ingredients in our local peach frozen treats.

To prepare without an ice cream maker, simply pour the sherbet base directly into popsicle molds, freeze until partially set, insert popsicle sticks and freeze until firm.
